While we are a Canadian company, we use USD as a base currency because of the global nature of our customer base.
We offer our courses for a flat fee. Not a subscription.

Will I continue to have access to the course even after I complete it?
Yes!
You will continue to have access to the course after you complete it. So, if you wish to review specific content in the course after you finish it, or take it all over again, you can.
Will I have lifetime access to subscription content?
You will have unlimited access to subscription content as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased from SlideHeroes can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

While our 30-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we also must protect against fraud. We will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
- We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund requests for courses purchased with an academic discount
We do not provide refunds on SlideHeroes courses purchased with an academic discount that are part of a university or college course.
As a policy I do not discount released products.
The only exception being for students who are enrolled in full-time study. If you are a student, send me proof of enrollment (e.g. a photocopy of a current student card) to receive a discount.

There are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing.
